  • Amenities

    What amenities are included?

    What is included in rent?

    Rental rates for traditional unfurnished rentals include trash, recycling, basic Internet services, bike storage, and use of the fitness center. There is a $35 per person monthly fee for water/sewer. Electric services are metered separately to the unit and billed directly to the resident. The resident is responsible for  TV services. Reference individual listings for all-inclusive 30+ day rental rates.


    One underground parking stall is reserved and included in the rent for two-bedroom units only. Residents dwelling in one-bedroom & studios may lease a space underground, in the surface lot North of the building, or in the North Barstow Parking Ramp.

  • Pet Policy

    Are you pet friendly?

    Yes! We allow cats & dogs on property. All pets on premises must be recorded on a residential lease. Service animals and registered ESAs are welcome, but documentation must be provided to the leasing team.


    Do you have any breed restrictions?

    While we do not have breed restrictions, we may ask you to provide a written recommendation from a veterinarian or trainer that your pet’s temperament is well-suited for apartment dwelling. Of course, you are expected to be respectful of other residents when in common spaces with your pet, use designated areas for pet relief, and ALWAYS clean up after your pet.


    Do you require an additional deposit for pet residents?

    We do not require a pet deposit; however, there is a $50 monthly fee per pet. Additionally, there is a one-time fee of $65 per dog at move-in. Both fees are non-refundable. 


    Do you limit the number of pets per unit?

    We allow two pets per unit.

  • Parking

    What parking is available?

    We have underground heated parking available for $125 per month. We also have surface stalls available for $85 per month. Residents are also welcome to work with the City to secure parking in the North Barstow ramp (approx. $50/month).


    Two-bedroom units are priced to include one underground parking stall.


    How do I reserve a parking stall from the city in the North Barstow parking ramp?

    Contact your property manager for the City’s Application + Auto Pay Form.

  • Reserving a Unit

    Do you offer month-to-month leasing?

    Short-term leasing is available with a minimum 3-month lease term and requires a 60-day move-out notice. For individuals that require a short-term option, we offer Airbnb units that allow for flexible 30+ day reservations.


    Do you require Renter’s Insurance?

    Residents will be automatically enrolled in a Property Damage Liability Waiver Program for $14 per month unless they take steps to opt-out by providing their own coverage. Personal Property Insurance and Liability insurance with a minimum policy coverage of $100,000 is required.


    Do you offer furnished apartments?

    Furnished apartments are available for an additional monthly fee. Please contact the property manager for availability.


    Do you have an elevator?

    The elevator is located in the residential lobby. It provides access to the underground parking garage and to each residential floor.


    Is the building secure?

    Yes, all entry doors are locked and can be unlocked with the tenant key fob.
